Circular no. 18/2022/TT-BLDTBXH includes a list of 35 documents in total within the annulment authority of the Ministry of Labour – War Invalids and Social Affairs, including 33 fully annulled Circulars (Appendix I) and 2 partially annulled Circulars (Appendix II). More specifically, the content list of the 33 fully annulled Circulars is of 09 different fields, such as: Labour relations and wages, employment, social insurance, poverty reduction, children, meritorious persons; etc.
Notably, in the field of social insurance, Circular 18/2022/TT-BLDTBXH has annulled Circular no. 35/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 26, 2018 of the Minister of Labour – War Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating the adjustment of salary and monthly income paid for social insurance.
Or, in the field of poverty reduction, this document has annulled Circular no. 14/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 26, 2018 of the Minister of Labour – War Invalids and Social Affairs amending and supplementing a number of articles from Circular no. 17/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 28, 2016 of the Minister of Labour – War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the process of reviewing poor households, near-poor households annually according to the multidimensional poverty index applied for the period of 2016 - 2020.
