To implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Party, the National Assembly and the guiding and executive documents of the Government and the Prime Minister on education and training. The Education Sector defines the theme for the 2022-2023 school year as "Unity, creativity, striving to fulfil the tasks and goals of innovation, consolidating and improving the quality of education and training".
The Minister of Education and Training requests the entire education sector to focus on implementing the following contents:
- Improve institutions and increase effectiveness and efficiency in education and training state management.
- Actively prevent, combat, and effectively respond to natural disasters and epidemics.
- Strengthening political and ideological work in the whole industry.
- Develop a contingent of teachers and educational administrators to meet the requirements of education and training innovation.
- Attract and effectively use investment resources for education.
- Implement effectively the program of preschool education, general education and, continuing education.
- Developing and implementing strategies, planning and capacity building of the higher education system.
- Promote digital transformation and administrative reform throughout the industry.
- Strengthening international integration in education.
- Strengthen the inspection, examination, and handling of violations.
- Promote the implementation of emulation movements in the entire domain.
- Strengthening educational communication.
Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, based on the above tasks and solutions, develop specific implementation plans of their units; organize guidance, urge and inspect the implementation of the school year plan, propose solutions to direct, and promptly solve problems and problems arising in the implementation process.
Directors of the Departments of Education and Training, based on this Directive and the actual situation of the locality, advise the People's Committees of provinces and cities to issue a guiding document on tasks and solutions for the school year 2022 - 2023 in the locality and organize the implementation of the school year task plan.
Directors of universities, academies, principals of universities and pedagogical colleges direct and organize the implementation of tasks and solutions for the 2022-2023 school year.
Directive 1112/CT-BGDDT takes effect from August 19, 2022.
