This Decision was issued on September 9, 2022, including some main contents as follows:
i) The General Department of State Reserves issues (without collecting money) 37,555,026.6 kg of rice from the national reserve to the provinces to support students in the first semester of the school year 2022-2023 to 42 provinces and cities. according to the provisions of Decree No. 116/2016/ND-CP dated July 18, 2016, of the Government stipulating policies to support students and high schools in extremely difficult communes and villages.
- Provincial People's Committees are responsible for:
+ Perform the tasks specified in Decree No. 116/2016/ND-CP dated July 18, 2016, of the Government and guiding document No. 15777/BTC-TCDT dated November 4, 2016, of the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of support for national reserve rice for students according to Decree No. 116/2016/ND-CP dated July 18, 2016, of the Government, ensuring the correct receipt, classification and use of rice support for students. object, level of support and support period of the school year, to avoid losses and negative effects in the process of receiving and distributing rice.
+ Directing local rice-receiving units to transport national reserve rice from district centres, towns, and provincial cities to schools or appropriate locations for distribution to subjects in accordance with regulations.
+ To be responsible for the accuracy of dossiers and data reported to the General Department of State Reserves.
Decision 1845/QD-BTC takes effect from September 9, 2022.
